So I assume this is a standard reply since arcade is not a HSN game but venders now🤔 Funny how the old HSN never had to wait this long for fixes or about device compatible but going on 2 weeks now🤔 and nothing new😱 Maybe by year end we should know something but I will not hold my breath🥴 The new HSN not worth it be no means🤔

Hi pinkowl623, yea it use to be fun and relaxing but not anymore. Use to have 5 pages of prizes to have a chance on winning now down to 1 pages and sorry choices. I have accumulated over a 1,000,000 tickets but what good are they is prizes are👎. Now games don’t load on my phone, everything is in extra slow motion loading if load at all. This QURATE GROUP who purchased HSN for over $2 billion has slowly ruined arcade and you think like me, just a matter of time before it is gone. This group only thought is $$$ and to heck will us players and am sure employees. Do they not realize us ARCADE players support them in purchasing products🤔 Well they have lost me buying and I am sure others too. Soooo SAD😔😔

It wasn’t until I posted an update this morning to this moderator did we as arcade players get a reply that was a copy of my original post from her 3+ days ago. Nothing has been communicated. Hi addynelly, thank you for your help in this awful issue that isn’t getting corrected. I hear laptops and desktops are working along with iPads but phones do not work or at least mine doesn’t and my phone is only 6 months old by Motorola. Going on 4 days now and🤔 Have a good rest of your day.

Hi DAPDD, Thanks for the info. This started for me this morning but doesn’t always give you tickets after playing and takes more than once to reload before next game to be played. Either way some improvement but 🤔. It is a start so hopefully be the 1st of the week it might be resolved correctly. Thanks for the insight. Have a good morning.
