My last post was erased by HSN so I will try again. This group has no idea how to run an arcade and it is showing. This is ending the 3rd week of issues that I started the issue conversation and nothing has changed. I can’t get any sound if I am lucky enough to connect but get BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS when finishing game and must start over again. A complete JOKE. These issues have gone on now for me 16 months all documented. Moderators continue to do nothing, talk a game but lose in support for us. They have deleted a lot of my responses because they are afraid of the TRUTH and can’t handle all these issues going forward. With NO follow up with players and continuing issue after issue, don’t expect any correction anytime soon, maybe next year😱. As I say 🧠less WONDERS🤔

This gulls me to see this Arcade not performing with games. Almost 12 hrs and only 2 games awarded tickets. This is a complete JOKE and shows me leadership doesn’t give a 🐴’s behind on correcting these Issues 🤔😱🤮🤮🤮

Well 12 hours came and finished. Used 2 phones and tablets and received a total of 15 games completed with tickets. This my friends SUCKS for an ARCADE GAME SYSTEM. CALL IT LIKE I SEE IT, IN BLACK AND WHITE AND THE TRUTH HURTS🤔

Hi reanie, don’t hold your breath but you will get a run-around and probably get another # to call but hope this helps anyway. They lack in all areas especially for arcade issues. Most #’s are for orders.

Update, 2 hrs since last post and still stuck on 10 complete games in 8 hrs. Now you know the rest of the SORRY STORY🤮👎👎

I just want to get this off my mind. These so to speak ARCADE TECH, MODERATORS, QURATE GROUP, VENDERS and anybody else associated with these issues in arcade should be ashamed on your performance correcting these issues. STARTING WEEK 3 AND NOTHING NEW. I have been playing since 5am this morning and is now 6pm and I only have 8 games shown as completed which does not account for all the BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS after finishing a game ONCE YOU GET IN TO PLAY 🤔 I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE DEALING WITH THIS. HSN ARCADE, MODERATORS AND ESPECIALLY QURATE GROUP ARE AWFUL🤮🤮🤮

Hi CathyCN, you are barking but nobody can hear you. They very seldom read or reply to post unless you have negative post and get flagged. They could care less and it shows from all the comments that I have read dating 1/2018. HSN was sold to the QURATE GROUP around mid 2017 and since then ARCADE gone straight 👎👎👎

Hi OODIEBOM, I only have phones and a tablet and nothing works. These arcade IT tech group has bit of more than they can chew and gets worse & worse.

Arcade is a JOKE along with this system. 2 weeks since you replied and nothing has changed. No contact, no updates NO NOTHING🤔 Started logging in at 8am and 7 hrs later completed 2 games with tickets. Don’t know what is worst, Arcade, Moderators or venders😱 All 3 to me receive a F-, complete disregard for us players while nothing is corrected, updated. Just face the facts, this new owner of Arcade has NO CLUE on these issues and as I have stated starting in Oct.2019 all documented these issues have been around and getting worst🥴 I am still waiting on a reply concerning my devices and 3 weeks and NOTHING. You all are a DISGRACE TO THE BUSINESS, if you call yourself that and at this rate this so called business will eventually go by the wayside👎More feel the same and business you use to get from us players continue to dwindle.

Just a follow-up from last post. What good is it when you get lucky and the game does load up and when you finish you get the BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS and it starts all over again🤔. This whole arcade system is super slow loading up if it does at all, games have glitches, slow motion playing, freezes up and on and on. Where are all these GREAT MODERATORS during this fiasco with updates on the progress (OR LACK OF) 🤔 They seem to be not involved in this process even though they guaranteed us a reply😱 One S.P.O.C. arcade has become and we can thank the QURATE GROUP for all this🤔🥴🤮🤮 THANKS👎

S.O.C. now going on many months and still ARCADE continues to decline into the pitts🤔 HSN will wonder why sales will or have declined😱 One complete failure of a business being ran🤔

I think 16 months on my issues are more than enough time to fix these issues.🤔 Have documentation starting back 10/2019 of these ongoing problems and what has this group done to correct🤔 Sometimes you need to enforce stern comments to wake up the overall picture instead of the plain Jane comments that get NO ATTENTION. It is sad a business like the OLD HSN sold it to the QURATE GROUP which has overall ruined ARCADE and DOESN’T G.A.S. about the customer or players of Arcade. As to the Modetators in general, always the same repetitive replys no matter what the issues are, whether when emails were answered(not anymore) or on community. Maybe I am old school where results matter instead of new school of slap your hand and so what.
THIS IS A DISGRACE ON THE HANDLING OF ALL THESE ISSUES AND WONDER WHAT DO THEY HAVE UPSTAIRS TO CORRECTING THIS. 16 MONTHS AND COUNTING🤔🙄🤐 -

Yes in all 3😱 I just looked back and my issues started with me on 10/18/19 with arcade as we are seeing now AND STILL NOTHING HAS IMPROVED😱 BACK THEN YOU COULD EMAIL THEM ISSUES AND THEY WOULD REPLY BUT NOT ANYMORE.
JUST THIS MORNING I AM STILL TRYING TO PLAY GAMES AND ALL I GET IS BLACK CIRCLE SPINNING SCREEN THEN GET THE GRAY SQUARE SPINNING SCREEN.
THIS IS THE NEW HSN ON HOW THEY FIX ISSUES, THEY DON’T OR LETS SAY IN SIMPLE TERMINOLOGY CAN’T FIX WITHOUT 🧠POWER BECAUSE MORE OFFS ARE BETTER THAN BRAINLESS WONDERS🧠.🤔🥴
