@jennifer_massey7, I’m sorry you had trouble placing an order. I can see an order was placed on a different account. The person on this account changed their address to the address on your account. There is still a balance on that account. If you feel this is an error, let us know and we can look into this further for you.

Just a reminder that reviews are not able to be written until 5 days after the ship date. It’s also good to know that orders placed as guest are not able to be reviewed. Please let me know if this is not the reason you’re unable to leave a review so I can look into this further.

@valk, thank you for this info. I see the issue. This order shipped on the 14th. You won’t be able to leave a review until 5 days after the ship date. You should have access to review within the next couple of days. Please let me know if you are still unable to review by Mon.

@valk, I’m sorry you’re having trouble leaving a review. The type of payment method used does not matter. You will need to make sure you are signed into your HSN.com account to leave a review. When signed in, are you able to see the orders in question?

@sharon818, it’s not likely we will make a statement about delivery methods in the HSN Community. Although your situation was unfortunate, I have not seen this happen on a large scale. I hope there are no further delays with your orders, but please let me know if you do not receive any other orders by their expected delivery date.
