I agree a week ago I bought the aftershokz head set. It cost $99. Then yesterday,less than one week,they were selling them for $59. I contacted CS they said that they changed the product number and because of that I could not get the $40 refund. It is the same product. I am now paying my account off and closing it. I have been a HSN customer for 25 years. They obviously need the 40 dollars more than I do. I have spent thousands of dollars. They must not mind losing all that money.
