Sanibel, I can relate to the cold wet weather. It was in the 50’s today and is going down to 48 tonight. We needed rain but not this much that we were blessed with today!

Oodiebom, it’s called the “Golden Years”! I did some gardening yesterday and today my knees are screaming at me every time I sit down or get up. Going up and down stairs is the worst! I use an arthritis pain and relief cream called “Australian Dream”, a little pricey but worth every penny! It really helps. You can find it at the drug store.
