I do appreciate you getting back to me. I won the Game of the Week Entry on 11/19/20. I have e-mailed at least 2 to 3 times and never heard back once it was forwarded to the next person. I sure hope you can help!

I have NOT received my prize that I won in November. I have emailed and at first I would get a response that someone would contact me. Now they don’t even reply! This is ridiculous! If they are not going to send out the prizes they need to stop with having winners. So aggravating.

I have also not heard a thing! Very frustrating.

Then they should just remove the games if they are not going to award the prizes. If I did not think I had a chance of winning a prize I would not play the games. Simple.
