After reading all this i wont be buying anything more from Hsn…In fact i have several A/D all with F/S that are pushed out a few months and will not hesitate to cancel if i hear from others the card was authorized for shipping when it should have been free..
In fact i have read several post here and qvc forum on some really shady practices Hsn has been doing and in fact i had my own experience recently with not getting a refund on a item i sent back and it shows they got it in mid jan…I bet this happens a whole lot and they get away with it..I may just cancel all my A/D now and be done with them AND Qvc…They are all owned by same corp.
I actually can get a couple items directly from vendors so no loss. -

I looked under clearing cookies and i dont have that follow my journeys……Very baffling i cant read the reviews but you can…….Thanks for letting us know about the update!!

Are you using a chrombook?It seems those of us using a HP chrombook are the ones having this issue..I to doubt HSN CS will be able to help us…..They are saying they dont have a desktop app yet when i clicked on a email from them saying my order shipped a screen popped up briefly saying they were diverting me to the desktop app!!??.There is another thread here in CS where we are talking about this….None of the suggestions that were made corrected this problem for us….My feeling is it has to be something with HSN software because no other websites including QVC are doing this….If it was just chrombook software i would think everywhere we go would be like it is here…Hsn & QVC tech dept really dont seem to be on the ball….Qvc website has so many issues its scary at times leading me to question if our cards and info is safe there.This past weekend was really problematic there for myself and others. -
Hi thriftstorelover!..I just downloaded firefox and it did not work!I emailed CS and the guy suggested downloading hsn app but that didnt work either….Its a phone app so i can see why..I did read a few reviews for the hsn app and one said it was terrible that everything was blown up huge…I dont know if that was on a phone or laptop tho………………CS asked for info on last update and my chromebook model and i sent it to him…Have not heard back yet..He said he would help to fix this issue so fingers crossed!!Will keep you guys posted!Oh another issue i have had is yrs ago Hsn assigned me my nic Flomo and i CANT change it!I asked Cs once and they said they couldn’t either!So am hoping this Guy can do that.

Hi Thriftstorelover!! so i got a email that a item i bought a week ago shipped and it showed item…..I clicked on it and it took me to item here…But before i got to item it said in a flash WE are launching HSN desktop app!Then i am here..Whats weird is HSN CS is saying they dont have a desktop app??!!I could scream!!So frustrating!look for a recent order in your email and click on item to see if you see same thing…..It also says something like desktop app OR click here .Its so fast its hard to read!

I dont turn off my laptop most of the time so my updates dont get downloaded till i do..So most likely the update last night was from awhile ago and because i restarted my laptop because it froze it got downloaded and a little later i went to hsn and it was huge again..Im not gonna bother with CS again.If i find anything out elsewhere i will let you know….Take care!
