What did the reps give as reasons for no return labels? Just curious. I had a return recently & the CS guy told me to use the little teeny bar code on the invoice. UPS wouldn’t take that & I had an old return label from a while ago so used that. CS woman told me not to use those. I DON’T have a printer or access to one unless I go somewhere & pay which adds to the cost of the return. I will not be shopping here much due to that.
