Ok here’s the scoop.

! use Chrome…it works the best for me.

2 It the upper left hand corner you will see a padlock at the front of the url box.
left click.

3 You will get a pop up. last thing on tthe menu is site settings. left click.

4 Scroll down to Flash..set it for ask or allow. That should fix your problem.

Hi JJ…I think pookie is probably right. I will try to tell you how to turn flash back on tomorrow…it is very late to do it now…fbn
