I agree with everyone here. I do not understand how HSN can treat their loyal customers this way and expect us to stay with them. There are other ways to purchase our supplies, as have been pointed out, with free shipping and sales.
Since there is no longer a benefit or incentive to purchase from HSN (no more 5$ shipping) there is no reason to shop there.

I ordered these and they are beautiful! Much prettier in person.
