My repair was done at a small shop in Richmond, Va. I noticed another Samantha Brown suitcase in there too that was being repaired. It’s a shoe/leather repair shop but I’m not sure how long this repair will last. I love the look and function of my Samantha Brown suitcase and cross body carry on. It’s the orange crocodile set and it’s so easy to keep track of while flying. I hope the new line I see on air will have a more stable retractable handle.

Heidi’s appearances on HSN have been so delightful. I hope she is not leaving but there are few new items on her HSN site. I shop at her online store too. I have really missed her TSV in recent years. I’m so glad to have Heidi’s unique and beautiful creations.

Thank you, Sheba and Happy Thanksgiving, to you too. In our family we always have sauerkraut with our Turkey dinner. It’s a Baltimore tradition and that’s where my parents were raised. It reminds me of childhood Thanksgivings and beyond until today. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I was very surprised when this started happening on HSN and QVC. It is an inconvenient policy and as a long time customer I’m disappointed. Returning products is not normal for me but necessary occasionally. Why did they think this was a good idea?

I agree, it’s not at all convenient to the customer. The label could be a paper one that we tape to the package if that’s more cost effective. It’s the same with QVC now too. Who thought this was a good idea?

I couldn’t figure out the return instructions either . I called and asked for a return label and was told it will take 7 days. I will just write the return address on the package, return it at the post office and get a tracking number and pay myself. Also,QVC returns take way longer than HSN returns. I’m trying to only buy what I know will work in size and designer. Also I will only buy products that I have already used. This isn’t any way to build customer service.

The Bloom Cream has turned out to be one of my favorites. I mix a little goat milk serum with it and it feels light and refreshing when applied. I have found the goat milk face wash on ebay. I bought what they had available. The triple face wash soap is more drying than the goat milk face wash. I use everything Beekman, laundry soap too and I’d love to see some originals brought back.
