I think it’s fairly obvious the arcade is being phased out. . . . What else makes sense? No one seems to be monitoring, or care.

I think HSN isn’t addressing any of these issues (prizes not awarded, games not working, fri. night trivia stopped, etc.) because the arcade is about to be a thing of the past. However, this is not the way to phase it out. Don’t understand management’s logic, such a blatant way of saying they really don’t care . . . . makes whoever is “in charge” look bad & the company even worse.

I remember last year a person won 3 items in one week. I’m sure the ones who’ve been playing for a while will remember. Also, same people kept winning week after week. I thought the rules stated a person couldn’t win multiple prizes . . . Only 1, to be fair to everyone playing. I won a prize in 2019 but NEVER received it. Confirmed my address, but never received it. I don’t think I’m alone, several people have complained that they, also, never received their prize. Very disappointing.

Yep! What’s even worse is when you finally win something, after playing for YEARS, the prize is not ever awarded. I won the Moreno hair treatment about 2 yrs. ago and have called many, many times, emailed many many times, and still haven’t heard back or received anything. It seems like they don’t care about resolving this. From what I’ve read, I’m not alone. Don’t know why they don’t shut the whole arcade down . . . It’s pitiful!

No, I won the Moreno hair treatment in February, 2018. I called, emailed, etc. so many times that I lost count. Never received anything . . . . So frustrating.

Seems to be major problems at HSN. People not getting prizes that they won, no follow-up when contacting representatives, trivia games forgotten, etc.

Last year I won the Morena hair treatment, but never received it, an email, etc. I have contacted them several times, but still haven’t received a thing. This seems to be a very common problem.

Has there been any response at all from HSN? This is so disappointing.
I’m sure there are many others with the same issue, but just don’t take the take to look into this. Thanks, addynelly for your attempt in letting people know about this.

I’ve been through the EXACT same thing, been waiting for over 9-10 months. Won the Beekman sweet grass odor eliminator, confirmed my Gmail, etc. Good luck, I’ve run out of energy.

Thanks, Oddiebom. Don’t you think someone would, at least, address the problems if that were the case? It wouldn’t take a great deal of effort just to post that it is being looked at, or fixed. Just ignoring it makes me think it’s being shut down . . . hope I’m wrong.

Ryan, I never received my prize, the Moreno hair treatment, awarded about 2 yrs. ago. I was certified and told over & over that someone would get back to me or that it was being sent, but never got a follow up. I called & emailed dozens of times, but only got the same story . . . . It’s being sent, or a substitute will be sent if we’re out. Very disappointed. C. Durkin

What is happening to HSN? Many not getting prizes that were won, no follow-up/communication from representatives, trivia night forgotten, etc. Surely, someone at HSN is aware of these problems!
