I have had trouble signing in on HSN and in the App. I have been unable to order at all. I can login on my computer today and so I placed an order. However, I use my phone app all the time as my laptop is upstairs. So I have wanted to buy numerous items but I try to log in on the app and it just circles back around to the login again.

I was helped by customer service and see acted like she just hoped she could help me. I did change my password and got back in but I still cannot use my phone app?
