So very true!!! We bought a new beautyrest mattress during 2020 & Covid. We love it, so we purchased the one on sale in February of this year. I guess we just got lucky. I wouldn’t do chairs or couches. Every one feels different. I’m sorry for you. We bought Lazyboy recliners about 10 years ago & the quality was terrible. We replaced them with faux leather about 6 years ago & they are much better.

I changed my method of payment to my Visa card. The HSN card still charged all the flex pays. My items are in dispute & I have the paperwork to prove it. I will just have to wait. Do not change your payment method. I should have never used flex pay because I don’t need to. The return process takes so long I guess that’s why I use flex pay.

I plan on contacting my Visa card to let them know what is happening. I have talked many times to HSN & Synchrony bank. I have been charged twice now for many items. I am discouraged. My husband opened my statement, which he doesn’t usually do so I had to explain the whole mess to him. I will keep you posted.

I have been in touch with Synchrony Bank & HSN. I do love some items that only HSN sells. I will never do a flex pay again. I was sick in Feb.
March & April. I thought everything was okay. They allow you to charge to a different card. I did that & I have had no help! The payments I made on my visa don’t show on my HSN card. They still charged me for all flex pays. I am not well & this matter only adds to my stress! -
I find the rise in a regular is shorter too. So, I can’t purchase them.

Good luck. I have posted about this matter. When I do purchase something, it will be on my Visa. With a single payment!

I agree. I made the mistake of putting some of my flex pays on my visa card. So Hsn still charged me & I have been billed twice! No more flex pays for me. EVER! I disputed my charges on May 23rd & it is still not resolved.
