I have been in touch with Synchrony Bank & HSN. I do love some items that only HSN sells. I will never do a flex pay again. I was sick in Feb.
March & April. I thought everything was okay. They allow you to charge to a different card. I did that & I have had no help! The payments I made on my visa don’t show on my HSN card. They still charged me for all flex pays. I am not well & this matter only adds to my stress!

I agree. I made the mistake of putting some of my flex pays on my visa card. So Hsn still charged me & I have been billed twice! No more flex pays for me. EVER! I disputed my charges on May 23rd & it is still not resolved.

I am out almost $900.00 that was charged to my visa & hsn card. I need to know exactly what you need from me to recoup some of it if I can. I am having a hard time figuring it out. Please tell me what exactly I need to do. I am so stressed over this. I will try to make sense of it. I did print out all of my transactions that showed a zero balance. Unfortunately, the dates that I paid show on my HSN statement don’t match when I paid on my visa. I am going to have to sit down & figure it all out. I just don’t understand why your system accepts payments on my hsn card when a zero balance was showing. This should not have happened. Thank you, Donna

I will be calling later today. I was trying to make sure everything was paid before I have surgery. This has caused me a lot of anxiety. I think I have 26 visa payments. I really do need help with it.

I hope I can resolve it too. I use a walker to get around & don’t want my husband know of this major mistake. I always pay my credit cards in full. I only used flex pay due to the amount of time it takes to get a refund on a return. Lesson learned!!

I think I understand free exchanges. It takes so long my size is not usually available. We shall see!
