I am happy to report that my order now shows. Unfortunately, I need to exchange two items. I will keep checking to see if my size comes back in stock.

I ordered three pair of DG2 jeans. They were the New Classic Stretch. They were off by about two sizes. I used the garment measurement. It was not on a free shipping day. I believe they dumped a lot of their inventory on their customers. Now the computer says it can’t find my order. I am waiting to hear from customer support before I mail them back. I agree with you. I think all of this is intentional!

I sent a ring back (not from HSN) in the gray bag along with the earrings I was returning from order # *********. When I looked up the ups tracking says they have not received the package. Then the usps has a note of customer return. I have left posts under the community customer service. I believe there are 16 posts. I also sent a message to hsn social care today. Since I have not ordered anything & have no auto ship coming, I can only think (& hope) it’s my ring. When I called customer service they said if something is not part of a return that HSN would send it back. The UPS # is 1Z***********. Tracking Number
