Excuse me. I have been an HSN customer for over 40 years before there was an app. and listen very well. A customer should not have to open an app or check their laptop to order. Keep in mind that everyone is not sighted, so I stand by exactly what I said. Most of us don’t need to be told where to wear an piece of clothing, just give us the details of what’s being sold. That’s time better spent.

I had the same thing happen for 2 gifts. It’s obviously a system’s glitch. It sucks that Tech Support won’t or can’t do anything about it.
