I never go to the synchrony-HSN through the HSN application because for security reason I only go to a bank website directly & never through a 3rd Party. You can go directly to synchrony credit card online and access your credit card.
I know there was an issue for a couple of days when I tried to go in directly because they are switching systems. I had to change my log in password to my account and then I was able to login right Into the system. Apparently my user ID was transferred to the new system but my password did not meet the new requirements so once I changed the password then I was able to access my accounts but I did have to do that directly on the synchrony credit card website. It did gives these warnings for the past several months about changing my user ID/password but I thought it met all the requirements. Apparently it didn’t so this month it wouldn’t let me in & after a couple of frustrating days I figured out the password was the issue. I admit they should tell you the issue instead of giving us a system error message. -
I have done that. I have tried it over many, many days. In fact every single day since the 7th when I discovered the problem I went ahead and purchased 1 item not using the reward site. Then when I tried using the Samsung reward site I realized it wasn’t a captalone shopping issue but an HSN issue and you shut off your reward shopping. I have even removed the capitalone shopping application and the HSN application and reloaded but same thinks happens. I cleared the interent caches in case that was an issue but given that 2 separate rewards have the exact same problem I believe you have made a decision to stop rewards shopping. I would be happy to try anything else. Any suggestions because I have sadly stopped ordering for now.

Are you using a reward site. That is your problem. They have in a sneaky shady way stopped allowing us to use rewards sites. I had the same problem with captalone shopping. I haven’t bought anything since they stopped it.

I have had my acct with HSN for 25 plus years & I use flexpay on many items. I do keep track of my flex payments in an excel spreadsheet & as I make payments I will highlight them. I have never had any issues with flex pay on my account. I do wish that we could see our payment history somewhere in our account. Once you make all the flex payments in the flexpay section you can not click on the order to see the payment dates. The order will disappear after a month from the flexpay section. Payment history records by payment type is non existent in HSN mobile app so that is why I created my own tracking mechanism. It allows me to sort my flex pays by date so I know how much I need to pay by date by credit card. The mobile app is so limiting. I wish it did more.

I stopped all shopping at QVC many many years ago. I don’t find their pricing competitive at all. It is not surprising their were no kits. I am guessing Jennifer was not there because she may not have been fully supportive of the QVC contract. I was completely shocked when I got the email they were going to be on QVC. I also feel that since QVC has purchased HSN that HSN has gone downhill at an astonishing rate. They have tried to turn HSN into QVC which is ridiculous because I am guessing if we wanted to shop at QVC we would have been buying from them but instead we were buying from HSN. They have systematically gotten rid all the brands we liked or reduced the brand appearances we like to very very few & reduced their product availability. All they have done is push me to buy my favorite brands elsewhere instead of HSN. I used to buy all my makeup/beauty from HSN but not now.

I usually see the coupons generally in the beginning of the month but they can appear at any time based upon how long they are good for. I haven’t seen a 15 coupon lately. I have only seen a $5 coupon. They usually also send a postcard to me in the mail about the coupon. I always forget to look in my spendable cash. The postcard usually reminds me I have a coupon waiting for me to use.
