They took my money too!

They took my money too and Employee #112140 (probably not even real) was rude and nasty and he said he was a manager. then the 2 ladies were rude as well.

Like others I was denied flex pay for $245.24 but my other items that I payed in full on the same order went threw. They took my money!!!! I want to cry!!! Im a single mom of 4 making $10 an hour in this economy. Im low income, I saved for months so I could order a platies machine to try and get back in shape for myself. and to see them take my money off my card but then not have it posted to my account. Then tell me they dont see that they took it. I’m in tears, how could yall do that? yall are thieves!!!!!!! LIKE, OTHERS ALL I CAN SHOW IS MY BANK STATMENT THAT THEY REFUSE TO LET ME EMAIL TO THEM. IM SICK. THIS WILL CAUSE ME SEVER PANIC ATTACKS. DO YOU KNOW WHAT I COULDVE DONE WITH THAT MONEY IF IT WASNT STOLEN BY HSN!!!!!!
