Go into the Community Forum- look under topic ‘Games Are Registering Tickets’ – and follow what’s written: USING (2) SEPARATE WINDOWS… 1- for Rewards page & 1- for Arcade game play. Remember: **ALWAYS REFRESH** REWARDS PAGE AFTER EACH GAME *BEFORE* CHECKING TICKETS. THIS HAS BEEN WORKING FOR SEVERAL OF US THE PAST FEW DAYS. GOOD LUCK

NEEDS (2) SEPARATE OPEN WINDOWS-1) for Rewards page AND 1) SEPARATE FOR THE ARCADE GAMES BEING PLAYED… then MUST REFRESH ‘Rewards’ WINDOW EACH TIME TO CHECK FOR THE ADDED/UPDATED TICKETS FOR GAME JUST PLAYED. THIS HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME FOR 2+ DAYS NOW. I started a new ‘Community Forum’ topic, ‘Games Are Registering Tickets’ to explain what’s working ‘for me’ … well, as best I can anyway – I’m DEF NOT computer saavy, LOL. Hope Helps – Good Luck

DlerayLaw here, lol… only not so funny! Can’t help w/being ‘stuck’ from (3) days ago trying to track items-BUT-if you find where I wrote ‘what’s working for me’ … IT IS STILL WORKING TODAY. SO SORRY FOR EVERYONE HAVING ARCADE ISSUES-STINKS, I KNOW. BUT I ‘BELIEVE’ -even tho not seeing NEW/TICKET TOTALS in upper right corner ON ARCADE PAGE per norm – WE ARE DEF GETTING THE TICKET CREDITS ADDED.
