I don’t know what happened to my previous reply but I did receive a check for the final amount. I had been looking for a credit to my credit card and was not expecting it to come this way. The total refund was completed and I am satisfied with the results.

I finally received a check for the last amount. It was not clear that the final amount would be paid by check rather than a credit to my cc.

I still haven’t received the final $15.14 of the refund. The problem is not with my financial institution. As I said before I have written this off as a lesson learned and won’t be ordering anything from this company again.
