Thank you Angela at HSNbut I spoke to a C/S rep today and he wasn’t any help at all. He gave me the same information that I already had. Still no answer from Kitchen HQ, have they gone out of business?
The ice maker is expensive and should have lasted several years, I live alone so no little ones around. Please help.
