Hello trivia waiters from North Dakota!

I just did a chat with Tara & explained the frustration of many of us; she said she would forward to Tech unit. I asked her to have someone respond so we could know know what is going on. Maybe the more of us letting them know will get more attention to the problem.

ATTENTION HSN——- We are on 4 weeks of Arcade Trivia NOT working. Many of us have notified HSN with NO responses. We seem to get stuck on the same question about spring training. We are looking for a fix and some feedback of what’s going on. PLEASE RESPOND

Woo hoo, new question, answer is All

I sent a new message to Customer Service telling them trivia has not worked for 4 weeks, said they would pass it on, maybe they will get sick of hearing from us & fix it. Not good service for sure.

I filled out the feedback form stating the Arcade trivia problem and said they have a lot of frustrated players/shoppers. maybe they will see that.
