@iflyswa LOL I have to say I like totally agree with you, like she does use it TOO much!!
On a serious note, I cannot watch her anymore, b/c of it. She also talks way too fast. You’d think that they’d talk to her about it, but obviously not….must not be an issue for most people LOL I guess we’re grumpy 🙂
I also cannot stand Sarah Anderson and her CONSTANT “rave reviews”…lol plus I just wish she would stop parting her hair down the middle, it just doesn’t look good on her. She looks so much prettier with it any way but that way. This is of course jmo. It looks like the hair is thinning on top or something therefore it makes the part “too wide” looking. I’m no beauty queen trust me, but I’m also not on tv in front of 100 million homes and my appearance is everything.

@cc873aniya It’s more than likely just an authorization that unfortunately will take a few days to “fall” off. They don’t actually “collect” your money unless the order is actually successful, which it sounds like it wasn’t. They don’t technically collect your funds, until the item order itself goes through. Hello?? It’s been TWO days without a response? It’s bad enough that I just got the TS that I PRE-ORDERED to be sure I got the new Med Vanilla scent and guess what I received in the mail today? UNSCENTED! I called customer service and got the rudest agent who said well it’s now sold out so you can just send it back for a refund. Excuse me? I made sure I placed my order AHEAD of time to ensure I would receive one and because you all sent the wrong item, I am essentially sol? I was very upset with the way she treated me as I am a customer service manager myself and that is NOT the way to treat a customer who has received something they didn’t actually order. I decided to look online and see and sure enough the Med Vanilla was sold out, but you all still had auto ship available in it, so I knew there were some still available. I decided to call back and I got a really nice lady named Kathy. I asked her if you all could maybe send me one of the auto ship ones since this wasn’t my fault, she said sure. (The first agent should’ve OFFERED that to me!!!! but unfortunately she could care less) I couldn’t use my 6 flex pays that I had used on the single ship b/c it wasn’t an option, but that was okay at least I was going to get the product. She also said she’d credit me $5 for my troubles, which was very nice of her and I appreciate. Little things go a LONG way. After hanging up though I did notice that on my account she didn’t adjust the initial price to be the $39 that was the TS price that day, not $43. So, I need that fixed too please.
Also, this issue with the bonus buy I still need addressed. Tysm Brandi

There are so many things that irritate me LOL, but since you asked here are a few:
QVC:
– Shawn Killinger and her goofy glasses, she takes them off & on, off & on, off & on GRRR!
– Kim Gravel, fake as all get out…cannot stand that woman
– Julia Cearley–New host on QVC, OMG I’m not sure WHY they thought she’d be a good host, but I honestly think she’s the worst host I’ve ever seen. Laughs inappropriately, cannot stand up straight, etc…I could go on and on LOLHSN:
– Sarah: she has to know that her hair looks HORRIBLE parted down the middle like that, it’s
thinning something terrible and is just awful looking—it would look so much better parted off to the side, with a swoop effect so to speak…just anything other than that!!As you can see, most of my issues are with QVC…I honestly don’t mind the hosts at HSN, my favorite HSN host is Tamara and my favorite QVC host is Kristine Zell.

@hsn_krissy Ok, I will just return it, not a huge dea just.lost money for you all—did you fix the other issue? I need the price adjusted to what it was when I PRE-ORDERED it and to NO fault of my own you all sent me the WRONG set of UNSCENTED, not the new MED Vanilla. I should be charged the $39 not $43. Let me know when that is fixed please. Thanks

I hope I didn’t come across as rude as I’m not trying to be, but I do want to make sure that I receive the discount that I feel I am entitled to as per your 30 day price adjustment policy. I understand I used a 5 dollar off coupon, but this is $15 dollars off. Big difference. Please just take the 5 dollar one off. I do understand I cannot use both. Thank you kindly
