It’s not obvious. You have to put something in your cart, any airtime plan will do. Then view your cart and the 365 day airtime shows up as an add-on option. Delete what you added and add the airtime option.

Hi OODIEBOM, I sent the email on Friday. It goes to Customer Service and they apologized and said the email would be forwarded to the Web Team, and rest assured it will be addressed. I’m not holding my breath.
I’ve tried posting to Customer Service in the past when there was a GOTW problem. It rarely gets fixed, and there have been more and more problems lately. I wish they’d start the GOTW on Monday, because I don’t think anyone who can do anything about it ever works on the weekend. -
