I basically quit watching. There in home Zoom or what ever just does not cut it for me. And yes demos are terrible. I check in online sometimes but that is about it. Same with QVC BORING

They hav issues for sure.
I placed an order 7 days ago still in packaging. Ok I will give them some slack…. Then I get my CC statement today and I was charged 6 days ago for this order. I get the bill before I get my order.
I did contact CS in chat. I was told they had problem with carrier pick. 6 days? I was told that was all the info they had.
So I hav to wait! There is no proof it ia waiting pick up. Can’t claim lost package, and I can’t cancel order’ Only thing I can do is file a los package next month if I hav not gotten it.
