I have contacted Paypal, before I contacted HSN again. Are you sure it was sent to the correct account, my Paypal email address is misstlcmn@yahoo.com (as listed on my order payment) They have no record of any transaction coming from HSN in the amount of $6.74 or in any amount at all. I am very unhappy about this whole thing. First I had to seek out my money when I returned DAMAGED merchandise and HSN tried to keep my money and now I have to badger HSN to get it back, this is unacceptable. I suggest you re-issue it through Paypal or mail a check to my home address because I am not going to let this go until it is resolved.
