I learned my lesson too. Unless you are 100% sure, never order a heavy item from HSN. It seems those are always the ones you have to ship back on your own and the cost is usually incredibly high. I’ve found I can very often find the same item on Amazon where a simple free return to UPS or Kohls is so easy.

I so agree. Andrew, please use your own sweetener and get rid of the Sucralose in Secure. I am still buying Secure but not sure how much longer I am willing to put an unhealthy ‘food’ in my body each morning. I’m sure reformulating is difficult but this is worth it.
