Kyle, thanks for the clarification of charges for items in shopping cart. What happens if an item in my auto delivery items has free shipping and autoship pricing? Will I initially be charged regular price and $5.95 on my credit card rather than the autoship pricing? That could involve a good deal of extra charges to me if it hits my credit card at the wrong time.

This is truly concerning. I have had the price change after a ‘special’ 25% discount (later to be correctly billed) but having spendable kash vanish is super concerning. Very few customers want to deal with not knowing where they stand on price charged for days. Please HSN, let us know what we are being charged when and immediately after orders are placed.

I learned my lesson too. Unless you are 100% sure, never order a heavy item from HSN. It seems those are always the ones you have to ship back on your own and the cost is usually incredibly high. I’ve found I can very often find the same item on Amazon where a simple free return to UPS or Kohls is so easy.
