My biggest complaint is that even though the jeans fit me snugly, many of the jeggings fall down repeatedly during the day and need to be tugged up. So the recovery aspect is not all it could be!

This bothers me every time I see it knowing there are always a few who so much want to believe that they do believe! Tricks like this turn me off to a product’s seller.

I am unable to sign in on the HSN phone app now. Once I enter the info, it comes back with the sign in request – over and over and over. I just deleted the app and will probably not reinstall it. I can still connect through the website on my computer and tablet.

No problems with sign in but am constantly getting something like ‘file too large to open”. Sometimes I can get it to open by clicking on the image rather than the text but not always. Think HSN may be losing a few sales when people leave the site.

I am really upset with HSN for the first time. I took advantage of the 10% off clearance offer and ordered two items which reflected the discount in my cart when orderedj. They then reverted to the original clearance price when I checked later. I had read that they would go back to the discounted price when charged to my card. They have now shipped and the discount has not been applied. I just checked my credit card online and they are billed at the regular clearance price. This is false advertising of a sale and I am VERY unhappy.

Definitely was hoping for a FS day. The 10% off clearance is frustrating when the discounted price shows up when put in the bag and then after the order is placed reverts back to the regular clearance price. HSN says they’ll discount it again – hopefully sometime before it appears as a charge on the credit card – but it’s just not a good feeling. I cannot understand at all why they choose to do the discount this way and would love to be enlightened.

Totally agree. I remember back when they were called high water pants and it wasn’t a compliment.

I’d like to see narrow width shoes too. Usually I can wear a medium but when reviews state runs wide, I stay away.

Hosts so often mention how easy returns are. It would be so helpful if they could tell us up front about the items that require return shipping on your own to an outside partner. Many are shocked by the costs of these returns and will often no longer order from HSN.

I hope they do honor your request for a second. The promotion was indeed very confusing until I did finally hear that you had to put two in your cart to activate the offer. I have a feeling there were more than a few confused customers who ordered incorrectly and are disappointed.

Item #771160 – Order #**********. I received my online bill on Nov. 16 and it was shipped on Nov 18 .First time this has happened.

Way back when, someone wrote that storing the Beekman wipes upside down makes a big difference. I keep mine this way all the time and it helps a lot. All the liquid that’s in the pack seeps to the top cloth rather than the bottom as it would if kept right side up.

I’m still wearing my Slinky and it still looks like it’s new. Most of it is timeless and a quality we rarely see anymore. Glad I stocked up when they were leaving HSN and offering incredible buys.

Synchrony has created a lot of havoc with a lot of issues recently. I have the HSN card but now very very rarely use it unless there’s an incredible sale discount. I use my own bank card which gives me 2% back on all purchases for 99% of my orders. I think it’s time HSN considered switching their card to a bank other than Sychrony.
