Totally agree with beachpaildog. HSN should make sure hosts somehow indicate that returns will be on your own and not an EZ return. This can be a major unexpected expense for customers if something goes wrong with the order. It’s okay that it’s like this; it’s not okay that the customer isn’t informed.

I really like that square grill pan that Curtis made and use it constantly. Mine too is wearing thin on the non-stick finish. Hoping Curtis reads this and makes another one just like it; I know they don’t last forever! Much prefer the grill to the griddle.

This has always frustrated me. It seems to me that if an item is offered at $49, a contract has been made to sell it at that price.

I always use UPS because of the tracking. If it’s been received by HSN, wait a few days and give them a call. The rep can trigger the refund quickly – at least that’s been my experience.

Totally agree. I love booties and they are not offered much at all anymore. I have two old pairs that I still wear but wish new ones would be offered. Glitter is not my thing either although I do like the mules.

Pretty coat but it made everyone but Giuliana look way too puffy. Teddy coats must have been designed to make us all look a bit like cozy teddy bears.

I have several age spots on my left cheek that improve with makeup but certainly do not cover as so many makeups promise. SCA silicone (in jar) and Doll 10 full coverage give me the best results.
