This was a picking error from the warehouse sending the wrong item to me. The item was sold out. I just called and spoke to a supervisor I am entitled to the first shipping charge refunded to my account. I should not have to haggle over the first shipping g charge. Warehouse error.

Hi Once again I called customer service about g faux puffer jackets 878-046. 2 orders never shipped with technical issues. Truly lack of contact or follow up has left me no choice. I have contacted my credit card company refunding my first flex pay payments order ending in 4087 and 3933 11.33 Dec 17th billed and 11.33 billed Dec 18th. I will have to call credit card next 4 months on the 5.99 payments. Poor customer service. This has cured me from shopping with this company again. My husband will be thrilled 🤗.

Hi 👋 I just checked my 2 orders that never shipped ordered on December 17th. Credit has not posted yet orders still not canceled. The supervisor that I spoke to said it would take 48 hours. That time frame has passed. Should I be contacting my credit card company or QVC headquarters with this problem?

Thank you for responding. Two of my orders that never shipped HSN returned the first flexpays back to my credit card. If the other 8 don’t ship by the 14th. Customer Service said they would cancel and return the first flex pay payments. Waiting two weeks or more for items to ship or not ship unacceptable.

Hi I called customer service today again. I have 11 orders from Nov. 26 and Nov. 27. That have not shipped. Today is December 8th. I wish I could cancel these orders. Customer Service said I’m not alone. Poor service and answer. Why has my credit card been billed flex pays if it has not shipped?

Hi 👋 second request to refund 2 orders that never shipped. The orders placed on December 17th. Item 878 -046 G faux leather puffer jackets order ending in 3933 and 4087. I have been a customer since. 1984. This years problems with getting items shipped has been unacceptable. I am going to stop shopping with this company.
