HI — thank you RBLOVED for the info on the upcoming Tweak’d event. I was so disappointed this a.m. with the HSN change that I immediately went to Amazon, ordered a number of Tweak’d items, all of which were $10.00 to $15.00 cheaper than HSN, and also got FREE SHIPPING!!! Really sad how HSN continues to change (for the worse) over time. Thanks again — appreciate your update!!

The entire 2025 Bearpaw season was a total disappointment — what happened to the short bootie and what’s up with all the glitter — years past, there was always a great selection of booties — each year I always purchased 3-4 pairs — this year, NOT one purchase was made — the selection of boots this year really ruined the fun and enjoyment of new Bearpaw shopping and purchases. Bearpaw is completely aware of the number of customers that look forward to the “Bootie TS” yet the entire season revolved around glitter and not our love for the bootie!!

It has been quite obvious for sometime that there will be an end to HSN. The programming has become absolutely horrible – Beekman, Marla Wynn, Eco Flow, Electronics, DG2 over and over and over — and SUCH a boring selection of vendors — is it that difficult to add showings that are upbeat and that offer exciting, fun, and unusual products (just as HSN USED to be years back) — HSN, enough is enough!!! In one day, there are showings of the same products 5 to 6 times. While on the other hand, QVC has an abundant variety of really fun, fashionable, and exciting products — the variety is just awesome — why is it that HSN no longer offers the same variety. I have finally reached the point that I can’t even stand to turn HSN on anymore — and when I do, there’s that host that is rambling on and on at 100 miles an hour, while at the same time screaming — five minutes of that is enough to drive one NUTS!! Yup, I do believe the writing is on the walls — years ago, it was such fun to watch and shop HSN — those days are GONE!!!

Hi NikiG3 — I was so surprised to see your post on the new line of Tweak’d products. I truly believed I was the ONLY individual having problems with the new products and actually hating the results with overly dry, frizzy hair, completely lifeless, and color stripped after a few uses. I have used Tweak’d for years (Ojon before) and always had the most beautiful, full, shiny hair possible. I always received so many compliments that I had the “healthiest, most beautiful hair.” Not the case anymore — even my hair guru stated last month “WHAT THE HECK are you doing to your hair?” Thankfully, I still have a decent stash of the “OLD-time” products (Tribal Chocolate, Restore, and Above the Clouds cleansing treatments, mists, and balms) and hopefully I will be able to restructure my hair back to “beautiful” again. But, I agree with you, once my OLD-time stash is depleted, I’m really concerned what to use, not knowing what might be available in the market place that will work as great as the “original” Tweak’d products. We need to tell Denis to leave a GOOD, GREAT thing alone!!

OMG!!!! Someone PLEASE ask Ms. Wong to KNOCK IT OFF — the woman makes me an absolute nervous wreak — I will NOT watch any program she is hosting. She completely destroys every show she is on. Her voice is really horrible and she makes it so much worse by talking 100 miles an hour. She absolutely will NOT let the vendors speak and properly describe their products — and yet, she says NOTHING of importance, just rattles on and on, rather than let the vendors provide proper descriptions. She is the absolute WORSE!!! I’m sure I will get blasted by many for posting this, but something has to be done and just simply cannot be ignored any longer.

Hey CAT911 — I so enjoyed reading your post on when SKINN was first introduced as “Parthena” — did that ever bring back memories!! For years, I used the Parthena Facial Cleanser, which was the absolute best of any cleanser on the market, and then sadly it just disappeared. The Parthena Facial Cleanser was far more superior than the present SKINN Non-Negotiables A.M./P.M. cleansers. Also, regarding the Orchid Gel (which EVERYONE loved) it was first introduced as “Daisy Gel” and then renamed “Orchid Gel” during the Parthena era. Too bad Dimitri discontinued two of his very best products. Anyway, thanks for the walk down Memory Lane!!

Hi “bobzi” –when the info was provided to me on the “old” product issue, I was told to visit CHECKFRESH.COM and check the product production dates on a number of my recently purchased products. The majority of products do not have an actual expiration date, instead they go by a LOT number or a BATCH number. So, for the KORRES Elasti-Smooth Body Butter that I ordered approximately 3 months ago for $19.99 (on auto-ship), the LOT number is 09672. The website will ask you to select the cosmetic brand (scroll down list) followed by adding the LOT or BATCH code from the product bottle. When I checked for the KORRES Body Butter with LOT 09672, the info stated that the production date was 9-6-2020 (3 years – 10 months – 17 days). Also, the CHECKFRESH website provides a full description on how to locate the correct LOT or BATCH numbers on your product bottles, which will help with your search.

UPDATE: I have just been informed of the reason behind the MANY auto-ship cancellations. The products are OLD and close to expiration. As an example: The KORRES Elasti-Smooth Body Butter, which was a Today’s Special (a few months ago) for $19.99 (and offered on auto-ship) was produced in 2020, therefore, the product is 4 years old. The Nassif Eczema Cream, which was a “super” special of $19.99 approximately 3 months ago (and offered on auto-ship) has an expiration date of October 2024 (stamped on bottom of jar). So, in an attempt to unload all the OLD product (from many vendors), HSN offers “screaming” deals (with auto-ship) and once all the OLD product is gone, ALL auto-ship deals are cancelled. AND…a few months later, the new, fresh batch of products show up again with a much higher price. Really HSN — this is how you treat your customers? WOW — just unbelievable!!

I also wish Perlier would have more shows — lately, the shows have been the total PITS — enough with all the cheap clothing shows over and over and over — total burn out on all the electronic shows and the home cleaning shows — it’s as though HSN can no longer schedule the GREAT vendor shows they had years ago — HSN is NO longer enjoyable to watch. AND…if you pay attention to the daily schedules, the same vendors and the same products are shown over and over and over. I think it’s time to move on. I now enjoy AMAZON 100% more than HSN.

It is VERY obvious what is happening with SKINN – dear “old” Dimitri is badly needing the extra $$$ for his new look (hair and clothes) and completely forgetting about his loyal customers. I have had 3 SKINN auto-ships canceled with the products later being sold for twice or three times the previous amount. AND…I, too am sick of Dimitri’s recent arrogant comments — keep it up Dimitri and you will end up losing a great deal of your customers and looking for another channel to sell your products. Remember one thing Dimitri – we customers are NOT the lucky ones. Actually, I feel as though I am the lucky one for never purchasing your products again and moving on to vendors who are more interested in their customers rather than themselves.
