And the other host, Suzanne that’s on right now. What a train-wreck! Loud, obnoxious and overbearing. I look as Perlier as an elegant company. Suzanne is not one of those. Classless. I think Skip is a delight all by himself along with his mom. The two are truly delightful together. No one can do a better job. Two women on the same stage is too much with Skip. I truly feel bad for him. I love the Perlier product. Skip and his mom are the show, not anyone else.

I too had problems with the rice option. I bought it for cooking rice but this never did. I sent it back to get a replacement, hopefully the new one will cook rice for me. You should send it back for a replacement or a refund. Good luck. I do hope my new one will work

I agree. Her voice is very hard to listen to. She sounds like she speaks through her nose! Very nasal. And very squeaky. Maybe she should drop it an octave. And what does speaking Italian have to do with anything? We speak English here. I speak another language but I don’t expect others to speak it here for me. I understand English as we all should.

Yes, we can post our opinions just like everyone and I don’t have to click somewhere else . i can let these vendors know what I would like to see in their lineup instead of what they are showing now. Why all of a sudden do I have to look like I haven’t been to the hair salon in months! I have naturally blonde hair and I DO NOT HAVE ROOTS growing out. Just because some styling decided that I should look like that? In a few months they will change their mind and bring back un-rooted for the blonds. Old style are being brought back all the time when they finally run out of things to punish us with (LOL).

Thank you for your reply. Yes I tried that and because it’s an outside vendor they don’t do prepaid labels. The customers should be told that while they are showing their items that way i can judge for myself whether I want to bother with all this if I do order. So now I wait for the vendor to send me a non-prepaid label and pay for the shipping myself and I can’t leave it on my porch for the post-person to pick it up. You really have to watch out fr HSN any more!
