I sent you a email because I can’t get a label emailed to me I was told they would send me one it never was sent, I was waiting for a label to come in the mail to my home it never came, I am frustrated with this situation and lack responsibility for getting a label to me from the customer service department. This is what I just sent in a email to the email address I saw above.
Please help me, I have been waiting for a return label to be mail to me it has been over 10 days and still no label has arrived.
I have a pair of boots that arrived to me January 17 and I have spoken to your customer service a few time and even had a chat ton line being reassured I would get the label and have time to return the boots. I will try to ask you to email it to me please, I did ask for postal mail but since it isn’t here yet please send me a email with the pdf to be able to have a copy made.
