Finally found a solution! After calling HSN twice,
(No tech support) and Motorola, stopped at the T-mobile suggested the following , i tired this and it worked. It worked
He suggested going to HSN.com, and go through internet. Opened in Chrome on my phone. I saved to my home page, and no problem now… better than the app.!❤️❤️
