To each his own but HSN whether you consider it stylish or not is Cheap and all from China’s bargain basement. Most of it is guady looking. Someone wanting style with no taste.

In all honesty Giuliana does not write the jokes she was working for the show, and it was a comedy show where they made fun of everyone. Joan Rivers was the lead comedian, and she will make fun of everyone and is from a different generation and we have all become overly sensitive when it is a joke. Giuliana was reading her lines so if you weren’t happy with anything she read you need to contact the network that Fashion Police was on, they have writers who wrote the joke.
Giuliana is a lovely person, and I don’t blame her for not having petites I know better it is really up to HSN to tell their designers and request what they want. HSN does not request their regular designers to carry tall & petites they have low standards.
I wish G By Giuliana was on QVC because they would tell her to make a lot more petites and tall. Also, they would be o.k. if she spent more and did more high-quality merchandise.
QVC has higher quality standards and expects their main designers that are regulars and only sell on QVC to make petites and tall and their quality expectations are higher.
The power that we have as a customer is to write to HSN complain and don’t purchase from them and tell them why. -
I agree totally. I don’t like when they oversell yet they all do that which is so annoying. We want to know everything about the product and especially sizing depending on the item. We don’t want to hear over and over the same sales pitch. To me it is like the old version of a used car salesman do you really want to spend your time listening to him/her.
I haven’t been watching HSN 1/2 as much as I use to, I find the majority of the hosts so annoying and most of the merchandise poor quality. -
I agree with you totally I usually never buy tops from any designers on HSN. This purchase turned out to be a huge mistake. I purchased several at 45.00 each and I will only get one wear out of all of them. I am thinking out just giving the ones I haven’t worn yet to good will at least they are new and never worn.
I will stick with purchasing jeans only from G by Guiliana that is usually the only thing that I purchase, and I always avoid the tops because in the past the few that I did purchase were a disappointing but none as bad as Skinnygirl.
I am a cotton girl all the way nothing beats cotton especially for the hot summer months. I usually shop J.Crew for tops, Anthopologie and different department stores because I like to purchase Petites. I personally rather pay more for an item and have it be of the highest quality than to purchase something cheap and have it fall apart.
I think Susan Graver makes quality clothes especially her pants and the prices are very reasonable also everything is made in America. She is my favorite designer out of anyone on a home shopping network.
My mother and grandmother were both seamstresses so the fact that a designer makes things in the USA means a lot to me. It is supporting workers in this country. Most other designers have everything made overseas because of greed they want a huge profit.
I do own a couple of real leather jackets from G by Giuliana that turned out to be a hit for me because they were cropped so they fit like a petite jacket but other than that I really stay away from most of the clothing and shoes.
As far as Skinnygirl goes I will Never purchase anything from her line again.
I am not a big fan of Bethenny Frankel to begin with but now I really do not like her at all.
How could you sell a 45.00 top that doesn’t hold up after one washing?
I hope HSN looks into it and stops selling such cheap defective merchandise.
