HSN seems to be adopting QVC s/h practices when you order from QVC they don’t give tracking info when you get an update on the package it’s already @ your front door not good business practice at all. I know this because I ordered a few items from them last year tracking was awful. Hope & pray thing will get better but I’m not shopping much on either site not crazy about their lack of CUSTOMER CARE, not standing behind warranties they offer, the tracking or not being able to track our packages & you would think they would let us returns items for FREE when they just don’t work & we need to return it without paying a label fee/shipping fee but I guess this is what business do when they think we can’t shop other places. Their deals are not always great & I have found the same items much cheaper & no s/h. Shop around have a Blessed day.

Hello Brenda, Synchrony Bank sent me a notice like this on my Lowes acct & I’m nothing using it. So I guess they think we have a money tree somewhere. We need our paper statements or proof of purchase because I’ve ordered things from stores in the past & never received some items and my receipt was my proof that I never rec’d the order. Thanks for the heads up I guess I better stop using my HSN card as well. I don’t think the Bank realizes that they might lose customer but I don’t think they care because they think that we will just keep paying for whatever they throw at us. They don’t realize how tried we are off all the new changes we NEED a BREAK. I pray EVERYDAY for OUR WORLD which has gone to heck in a hat basket lol. WE ALL NEED TO SEND LETTER TO THE BANK!!!!! OR CALL THEIR CUATOMER SERVICE DEPT. OR DO BOTH AND MAYBE THEY WILL HEAR US. WE NEED TO VOICE OUR CONCERNS. I have a friend who had been getting elec. statements but when she needed them it was a hassel so we changed her statements so she gets paper statements now with no problem. I’m NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. I pray GOD answers our pray on this matters. I’m pray for us ALL.

As I was posting this I looked up & my post disappeared. I think its time to find a new store. HSN does not care about us it about the bottom line/money. Oh and they do scrub the site..

The bad thing is Samsung TV’s have great a picture when you have one, sound & other features but for now I’m not willing to give them anymore of our money after purchasing 6 TV’s in the last 4 yrs and to be treated the way I have been Their lost. I really think you will love the TV if everything works. The purchase you make was a white glove service which always comes with free set-up. They should have waited until your set-up could be done. Not good customer service @ all. Great customer service keeps customers coming back to shop even when they don’t need anything. I have worked in the industry and people love great customer service.

I hope you don’t have to use your warranty. I purchased (2) 50″ TV’s Nov of 2020 and 1 of them just went to a black/blue screen and you have to unplug it to turn it off. I called HSN they told me to call the phone number on the card that came with the TV. I did not receive a card I received a letter of congrats for my warranty. Well I’ve been calling the number since Sept and they keep telling different things but it all came back to them telling me my warranty had expired 2021 and that they NEVER offer extended warranties. All of the supervisor and service reps @ HSN were of no help except 1 Jo-Ann. I placed 3-way call with her on the line she verified the extended warranty and we both were still told they don’t do extended warranties. And I told the man I had my TV on HSN & they were running that promo as we were speaking he was very very rude and continued to tell me my warranty had expired & they don’t never do extended warranties. I felt bad for Jo-Ann because she apologizing for his rudeness. She was the only person at HSN I felt who did her job and I really really appreciate that. Its been 3 months now and still no TV or payment to purchase another. I wish we would have purchased them @ Sam’s club they honor their warranties and have greeeat customer service. I wish you the best I suggest you check-out the warranty before you have to use it.

The HP computer that are selling are only good for browsing & HP is not a good company to buy from you should check out check-out theripoffreport website HP has several complaints on this site & they don’t seem to care about their customers. You should look for a computer with 512gb, for your hard drive 16gb memory. I have a family who purchased a computer & upon receiving it the screen was cracked & she’s trying to get them to send her as o today she’s still fighting with them & making payments. So do your homework before purchasing because I recall the host stating how easy it is to BROWSE so beware of the words they use & sometimes not all the time if the price sounds to good to true sometimes it’s not. But that’s not always the case just take your time when spending your hard-earned money. I checked-out Dell Technologies site on theripoffreport website & they only have 4 complaints I think that’s pretty amazing, I am not getting paid from Dell Technologies or theripoffreport website I just want to help other frustrated shopper on HSN. There are other places you can shop that do financing. Hopes this helps anyone who read this. Also check-out Ebay they also do financing & extended warranties. I love that you can bid for items on Ebay if you see what your looking for @ a great price. Merry Christmas & Happy New’s & May God keep you & your family healthy & safe.

You might try Ebay. I couldn’t find a product I had been purchasing from HSN I found it on Ebay and it was the original formula that HSN was now selling. HSN was selling the product but not in the fragrance I wanted and it has a new formulation which seems to be water down. I’ve also found the same items on Ebay that HSN tells us NOBODY else has it cheaper then then & I found that to be incorrect all the items I searched for on Ebay were cheaper. If you try it out make sure you use the filter and choose free shipping, free return shipping where the SELLER pays for return shipping. I’ve only paid shipping for a printer I bought but it was a bid I won & with shipping it was only $90.00 new. I had been searching for this printing because my old one which I loved & had for 9yrs had stopped working so I did not mind paying the shipping. Even when an items say seller does accept returning Ebay has guarantee they stand. I have purchased several items since the pandemic on Ebay & I have been happy with everything nothing has been defective, I even purchased parts for my car. If you a question you can have one their service reps call you & they do right away check it out I think you will love it too hope I have been of some help. I hope you guys don’t have to use the warranty because HSN will not help & at this time I’ve been waiting since Sept 30.2022, for Samsung to fix a TV I purchased in 2020, with a 2-yr warranty. I’m so tired of them cancelling my tickets after we get off the phone & I have to start all over with a new person. I just hope you don’t need service. We love our Samsung TVs, and if we purchase another one it will be from Sam’s club, I knew they honor their warranties with no problem & great customer service.

If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and tell them you’re disputing the charges and why. If you used a debit card, contact your financial institution and tell them you’re disputing the charges and why. The credit card company will usually credit your account right away. The financial institution may take longer. Hope you get your money back & I hope this will help you. God Bless

She saved you more then you know. Go to the http://www.ripoffreport.com, website and checking out all the complaints against HP, they too have poooorrr customer service & they don”t honor their warranties. I love the rip-off website it has saved me some headaches & money.

If you received a statement last month the NEW CHARGES FOR PAPER STATEMENTS ARE ON THE PAGE WITH THE NEW INTEREST RATE OF most people don’t read the information included in their monthly statement BUT it’s THERE. Hopefully they will start reading their statements.

Just wanted to thank you for your concern and let you know that what I did worked and I received a check for the broke TV today. I hate that we had to go though alot to get them to finally paid but my mother taught us better late then never. I’m not thinking about buying any Samsung products for along time even thou I love the other TV’s we brought that are working. I’m glad God answered our prayers. I think you made the right decision it seem like they don’t care about there loyal customers anymore or their customer service practices. I have been dealing with 2 different situations with them that I am not at all happy about. The lack of help that was offered. Only 1 person who was a kind, caring & compassionate enough was a customer service rep who tried her best to help me and her name is JoAnn. Before speaking with her I spoke with another service rep or 2 and a supervisor or 2 and all they did was nothing. So at this time I’m choosing not to use HSN card. I will shop where companies value their customers and treat them with respect and give them the service we deserve and expect from them that is their job SERVICE. I don’t know who’s making all these bad decision for HSN but its going to cause them to lose more customer like us. And regarding the shipping labels customer are not always getting it’s awful we have to pay for return shipping that’s why I posted my comment earlier trying to help others shop where to return an item is free. It’s a very cruel time for us these days and we should be trying to be kinder to one another and try to help each other as much as possible. So I hope my comments I’ve posted will do just that. And maybe HSN may read our comments and decide to come back to real really to save their company. I created a company for someone who had the money but I had the knowledge & wisdom he ddin.t. It actually blow him away that I knew everything to start the business. I ended up in business section of the newspaper because of what I knew. He was so elated and so complementary. I’m glad I had that experience because it validated that just because you have money does not mean you have everything. And I did this in 3 mos.,, in 3 different states. He had a person (men) in my chair for 1 yr before me that knew absolutely nothing about the business and how to even get started. But I believe God is good all the time and it really showed my boss they women have great minds also. I pray that this post to again will help someone else and spread some kindness.
