To enter, go to HSN’s Facebook page and post a comment with #NationalFragranceDay follow @HSN and @MichaelBuble. This giveaway begins 12AM EST on March 21, 2021 and ends on March 22, 2021 at 12AM EST.  Entrants can enter multiple times.

On or about March 23, 2021, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be held to determine the winner. The winner will receive a Michael Buble Eau de Parfum Trio (715622).  The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the drawing. The total retail value of the prize to be awarded is approximately $56.00.

Should a winner fail to acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification nor is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.  The prize will be fulfilled within seven days of the drawing. No changes or substitutions are permitted.  The prize is not transferable in or redeemable in cash.

Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless HSN, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury resulting from the use of the prize awarded. Should it be determined that the promotion was compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway.  Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction.  Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.  Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.

In the event that any provision of the official rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision (s) were not contained herein.   

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
