HSN 43rd Birthday Giveaway
No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of HSNi, LLC (“HSN”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants’ name, likeness, greetings or video footage without further permission. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause.
Forty-Three Birthday Giveaway games will be played during HSN’s 43rd birthday month of July. Each day throughout the month and multiple times a day during the last week of July (7/27/20 – 7/31/20), HSN will post a depiction or customer review of an HSN product. Customers will have the opportunity to guess the name of the product for a chance to win the product.
To enter, go to www.facebook.com/hsn and review the description of an HSN product in the post or video, then post a comment naming the product. One entry per person with valid email address. At the end of the game, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. The winner will be announced at the next day’s event. Each game is a different promotion with separate pool of entries.
One prize of the product depicted will be awarded. The winner will be announced at the end of the event. The winner must acknowledge the prize by contacting socialteam@hsn.com within seven days of notification, before the prize can be officially awarded. The prize will be shipped at that time. Should the winner be ineligible or not acknowledge the prize by the required time period, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this giveaway, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this giveaway, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The value of the product is not in excess of $50.00. All giveaway determinations will be made by HSN and will be final.
All entrants agree to hold harmless HSN, its employees, its parents and members of their families from any and all liability in connection with their participation in this promotion.
