WP -Air Fryer Oven (Multiple Functions) – Damage

I received the Air Fryer last night and was damaged. The box was intact, but the oven had a huge dent on top as if someone had step on it. Since this oven was sold out, I cannot get another one. This is the second time on the road that I ordered an appliance from WP and is broken. I took pictures to include it in my review. I can’t post my review online now because I “have not used if for 5 days yet.” HSN would not allow me to post a review yet. I just noticed 2 reviews were posted with similar description that the oven was damaged. I will order the Air Fryer oven from QVC featured by Chef Zakarian and it is $30 cheaper.

You should notify customer service as well There is a topic for them if you haven’t posted there already.

I have the Philips Air Fryer and cannot live without it. I purchased mine several years ago before HSN merged with QVC.
