Call the number on the back of the instructions book. They will send you the replacement parts. It is for wolfgang puck, not a part of hsn.

I have a MODEL BPCRM800 8 Quart Pressure Cooker, where I have to find a replacement part for a TIMER DIAL.

After I purchased his oven that’s baked, broil, toasted, and rotisserie. I was excited using it and provided a great review. In less then 8 months it stopped working. I contact HSN and was informed to contact his customer service. They asked for certain information which I provided,. Then they came back asked for pictures, I did that. Then they asked for more pictures I did that. Then they asked for more pictures. Which in that time I didn’t respond, and threw the dorn thing in the trash. And now I don’t purchase anything else from him that is an appliance. I love his pots and pans and skillets.

Buy a new one. Things are not made to last anymore.
