Wolfgang Puck Oven
I have the rotisserie oven I was given as gift some time ago. I had never used the rotisserie or even opened the accessory box until this past weekend to try. It had everything but the rod , which you have to have to operate the oven.
I have looked here and all over the internet and nowhere is there any customer service or place to buy a replacement .
For the money this oven costs I am very disappointed. I expected better. You cannot even get to help here.

If you still have the box and packing the spit rod was taped to the styrofoam on the bottom. I truly do understand why you would miss it., I put my box away and a few months later I found it still in the box.
