Who decides free shipping
Why is Curtis stone never on free shipping I would buy but those Xtra fees hurt when your short on funds

I rarely buy from HSN. Their shipping and return prices and policies cost too much. I ordered something from them and it said that it did not go through. I ordered it again . By the time I realized that it was 2 separate orders one number apart it was too late to cancel. It was only a few hours. It took repeated phone calls and supervisor s to get permission to send the second one back and have both shipping to me and back refunded. QVC would have done it with the rep on the phone.

And some say the same things about QVC — can’t reach CS, returns are too expensive, etc. QVC makes a lot of money on shipping; it’s on their financials.

It’s probably negotiated between the vendors and tv channel. Beekman and Birkenstock are always free shipping. You an put whatever you want into a contract.
