I agree ladies. I miss Shannon’s positiveness and liked her cooking segments. I have rheumatoid arthritis I’ve had it since my mid 20s now I’m 65 and one auto immune leads to another. I appreciated Shannon’s candor and I found it encouraging she’dacknowledge it then move on. That’s what you have to do in life keep moving along.

I just thought today that I had not seen her for awhile. she was a very pleasant host and at least the guests could get a word in. Some of the host’s mouths go one and on but with her she is a very easy to listen to, and did not pretend that she knew more than the guests.

I miss her too. Shannon Smith was always upbeat and cheerful. We all need that right now. Hopefully she will return.

the story is that they were downsizing and she was one of the casualties……. they will be losing money with me. i bought more kitchen stuff on fridays than any other time.

  I agree. Shannon did a great job! Very down to earth,sincere.Some hosts will say anything positive,even when they know it isn’t true.Some are way over paid; One in particular, makes $900,000 a year??
