Refunds on food items.
Wow last time I will ever buy food from HSN. I ordered Curtis Stone chicken and cooked it for tonight’s dinner. We were not impressed, especially for the money. Curtis Stone even says you have nothing to lose by trying it. Well Curtis you may want to check on HSN’s policy regarding this. I called and explained to CS that we just weren’t pleased especially for the money. She was well I really don’t know what to say. Was it defected? No, we just weren’t satisfied with it at all. She acted clueless. After awhile she said okay I will make an exception this time and gave me my 1st flex pay back. Seriously, are you kidding me!!! What happened to 30 days satisfaction??? QVC is wonderful about returning you money if not satisfied with any food items. Perhaps now that QVC owns HSN they may want to have a meeting of the minds and share this information. As one company they should have the same policy. I understand there are people that take advantage of saying they didn’t like the food and get their money back and free meal for them. Well I am not one of those customers. Very disappointed with this whole process.

I have gotten refunds if I am not satisfied with food. Key is to let them know within the 30 day. I had ordered Legal Seafood crabcakes and both times they arrived thawed. After second time, I was issued a refund. I actually changed my mind on Curtis Stone cap(coulotte) steaks and even though they were not going to be shipped for 4 weeks, I was told too bad. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would issue a refund for the first payment, cancel the other ones . She also asked me to donate the steaks when they arrive which I did to a local food bank. QVC lets you change your mind if it is a delayed shipping thing like Christmas in July ordersrs etc. Wish HSN would do that also.

I was well within the 30 days, just received it last week. I feel like HSN is the unloved stepchild of QVC. Won’t be buying any food from them ever again. I don’t feel like having drama with them🤔
