Pressure cooker replacement part

Hello,
I have a Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker Model #BPCRM500 which needs a part or a new lid. I need one of the steam release valves. Can you assist me with a parts list of where/how I can find one?

i would call the 800 number, i have had better luck with that

I tried the wphousewares.com and all I can find is warranty info. I need a replacement pot and I’m coming up with zero! I don’t want to throw away the whole unit but without a pot, it’s not worth much! I’m so disappointed.

i use mine so much that i often have to replace the rubber seal every few years,
they are helpful
