Phil Watson tomatoes

Ordered on 5/23 this year. Ordered last year and gave negative review as they arrived in awful condition and had barely any tomatoes. Well I am all for small business so ordered again this year. 6 plants. Also purchased 2 plants from grocery store. Um. Store maters are doing welll taste great. As for Phils, um the only ones to ripen yet are plum tomatoes at about half the size as regular plums. Greatest problem is the skin is so tough and thick I must peel them and they are so acidic they are awful. I am just venting here, as I learned when something sells out you can no longer leave a review. Well, grocery store plants are awesome so shall save a bunch of money next year only purchasing them. The other 4 watson tomato plants have about half the amount of the store purchased plants. Tough lesson to learn as I was so waiting for anticipating so many tomatoes. oh well.
