I ordered 3 items at the same time, and paid in full for all 3 items, no flex pay. The entire amount came out of my bank account, and then a couple of hours later I get an email that one of the items was cancelled, but the money is still not back in my account. I don’t understand why it was cancelled in the first place. I paid for it and the item is not out of stock. Please explain!!!! This is not the way to impress someone who is ordering from HSN for the very first time.
