I placed an order on 1-3 and it said it would be delivered by 1-13 but it hasn’t even been shipped yet. What is holding it up?

You could also leave note in the customer service thread within Community. You would get a faster answer there if the lines are busy.
I would call customer service too see what happened. The mail and ups has been running slow with covid. Or it may have been cancelled by the company of the product. Customer service is very kind in any inquiries that I have had. good luck!!
