Meat
The reason almost all chicken and pork are filled WITH a % of SOLUTION to make them juicy. How come you (HSN) and QVC and all the people promoting the food aren’t telling how much solution is in the products? When you goto the grocery store they have put it on the label or has to be on the packaging so you know what you are buying. Think it would be nice if you start giving out that info on air otherwise it is deceptive because a 6 oz. pork ribeye w/20 % solution = 4.8 oz. of actual pork meat NOT 6 oz. before you even start cooking it. That’s just one example. You are praying, hoping people won’t do any research and will just call and order or use QR code to order or online, immediately put in their cart without looking at ingredient info. You should tell us the solution %.

The reason these are added to most meats and seafood is to avoid shrinkage when frozen. All these proteins come frozen. Air chilled does not use solutions but it takes longer. That liquid comes out when you try to sear and prevents a nice browning .
