Love the Faroe Island Salmon

This salmon is tender with really good flavor. It can be cooked in many ways but my favorite is stovetop in sesame oil, crispy, topped with sesame seeds toasted, on top of greens! This salmon does not taste farmed at all. My only issue is the Styrofoam cooler. Styrofoam never degrades and no one I know wants these coolers. If Curtis Stone can design biodegradable packaging, then sign me back up!
